Las amenazas mafiosas de Sony
Sony está rastreando las redes P2P, es conocido. Pero lo que no es tan conocido es que también está rastreando la red eDonkey. Pero lo que yo no sabía es que envía cartas a los ISP y carriers propietarios de las direcciones IP asignadas y además Sony les solicita que le deshabiliten el acceso y cierren todas las cuentas de ese usuario. Yo pensaba que era una excepción, pero me han dicho que es bastante habitual.
No sólo que no se han dado cuenta que eso sólo lo puede hacer un juez, tampoco se han dado cuenta que la ley norteamericana no se aplica en otros países. Mucho menos la DMCA. Lo triste es que vamos hacia ese camino.
Copio el contenido de una carta a un ISP. Eliminé cualquier dato que pudiese identificar al ISP o a su cliente.

1) Disable access to the individual who has engaged in the conduct described above; and 2) Terminate any and all accounts that this individual has through you.
By copy of this letter, the owner of the above-referenced Internet site and/or email account is hereby directed to cease and desist from the conduct complained of herein. On behalf of Madison Media Software, owner of the exclusive rights to the copyrighted material at issue in this notice, we hereby state, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 United States Code Section 512, that we have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by Madison Media Software, its respective agents, or the law.

Eso es un bug de tu lector de posts que se lía con algunas de las palabras en el apunte.
Aunque también puede ser que ese caracter sea ilegal en el rss. No lo sé. Yo no tengo problemas.
Benjamí me parece que encontró que frase era la que lía…
